Headlight Upgrade?

Does anyone know of any other company that sells the headlight upgrade (to the halogen non-flip up style), besides DaliRacing? Not that I dislike their style. I have heard there are other companies with better prices. Pictures would be appreciated as well.

It says its for off-road use only? Is there a reason why?

I think alot of people would be interested in some way to fix the stock or HID lights into a carbon fiber housing at a reasonable price. Something like this looks good and is priced within reason, but I don't have a source:

From what I see, lexan always looks cloudy and scratched, and that is a big reason not to spend the dosh for street use.
