How much oil?

OK, this is probably a dumb question (and if it's in the FAQ, please point me -- I looked but couldn't find it).

How much oil does the NSX take when changing the oil?

I believe its 5 quarts.

My oil change receipts from the Acura dealer say 5.3 quarts.

Probably 5 w/o filter, 5.3 w/filter. But who ever changes it w/o the filter? I drained and changed my oil/filter last week with it flat on the ground--Put ~5.3 back in and it lines up nicely on the dip.

It is 5.3 with filter. I will correct the DIY; that's what I get for cutting-and-pasting without reading it carefully.

BTW this information is also cleverly hidden in your owners manual...
