Looks to be Stacy side skirts and Advan RS wheels.......

Yes they do, but they are not. The Rs has symmetrical spokes while the Rz actually has a larger gap between every second spoke, making it a split five spoke.

And by the sticker on the spoke? Every picture I've seen of the RZ doesn't have an "Advan" sticker on one of the spokes (it's clean).

The picture in question has the sticker on the spoke and the spokes appear to be evenly spaced, so my vote is that it's the Advan RS

I know someone in my city selling that lip, or one just like it. He said he paid 250 and wants to dump it but it needs paint. It carbon/ glass.
