Unless there is something included I'm unaware of, you can get the short gears and R&P from Dali or RM Racing for around $1700 or so.

The part I'm not sure about is "...and new
transmission housing. " but I'm too lazy to check the part numbers. Anyone know?

I wrote to the owner of the auction telling how much you can get it for from Dali Racing. He just said "ok" and nothing more. What is he thinking? I also saw an auction for the JDM taillights and center H piece for ONLY $1700!! I got mine for about $750 a couple years ago and they go for about a grand now at Science of Speed.
