What size Volk SE 37 K wheels and tires should I get?

What size Volk SE 37 K wheels and tires should I get?

I'm trying to decide between 16"/17" & 17"/18". Would going with the 16"/17" significantly save in weight and cost for tires?

What wheel width is the best? I want to avoid rubbing.
