Lower Spring Perch for Koni Shocks

For those of you who went from OEM shocks to Koni shocks what did you do about the lower spring perch? As I understand it the Konis do not come with a lower spring perch (like the Bilsteins do). The lower perch on the OEM shock is not removable.

So let's say I want to go with a lowering spring (i.e. Swift) and combine them with the Koni shocks. Where do you source the spring perch as I don't believe the Konis come with them.

Why not Bilsteins right away? Konis are outdated.
