Attached is a information sheet, a flier and map on this very special auto show.

Since the cobblestone roads and paths are not wide open like a parking lot, we need to know how many cars to expect so everyone knows where to park and Lake Las Vegas also needs to know.
IF the club wants to park together, please let us know and get us numbers as soon as possible.
We need to have the cars registered as soon as possible..Several of the clubs have already reserved their spots. The Village has a limit as to how many cars can be at this show.
We have Special Race and Manufacture cars coming from SEMA
Everything starts at 8 AM with watching the F-1 Race from Brazil in the, pub, restaurants and on
TV's outside in the Village !
The Pub is still available for a club or group of 40 for the Pub to open early. Get together with other clubs and contact us to reserve the Pub. There are more small restaurants that are open
There will be Goodie-Bags and a Raffle to benefit the Susan G Komen Cancer Walk
The Village Shops will have specials that day.
Sponsors from SEMA and the region will also be at this show.
The Fashion -Product Show will have men and women from the car clubs, shops and sponsors to show the products. ELAN Magazine is doing it. The MC is an impersonator and friend of Celine Dion !
We hope to have a lot of car club "Models". It's all for fun , so get everyone involved. Let's see what club can have the most ! This will be great fun for everyone !
We are asking that the cars show until 1 PM. You may stay throughout the afternoon to enjoy other activities like the Special Cruises the marina is offering. The restaurants will have specials for lunch and dinner.
We are developing this event to be a major shoulder event for SEMA. National magazines and television production companies will be covering this. Your participation and support will yield great benefits for you, your club, all of us as this event becomes a national, annual event.

race will be broadcast all over the Village.

will be modeled and shown by the Las Vegas
Car Clubs owners and friends. Please note
your participation on your registration.
The Marina will have discounted cruises and
boat rentals. The Hotels and businesses will
also have specials on products and services.
