New Rear Quarter panel wanted

I am looking for a right rear quarter panel for my NSX.
I have one used but it is not exactly as I would like it to be so I am looking for a new panel or at least a undamanged rear quarter panel.
If possible the panel should be the European type but a US version is also acceptible.

We have one in good condition. Color is Sebring Silver.

How are the US and European versions different?
