This turbo was recently rebuilt by Precision. We are now selling to recoupe our costs. This would be a perfect turbo for someone pushing 500+ WHP, and is the same sized turbo that we used on our shop car, making 496WHP at 9psi of boost.
We can weld on the "stock" outlet, instead of that elbow. Also, this is an "H" Cover, with 4" inlet, and 3" outlet.
