My sister-in-law picked up Charlie last night from his 3-day pet hotel stay and I just noticed the injury. We’ve used this hotel many times, so they know Charlie is a barker, anxious and assertive - okay aggressive. He gets their red collar treatment.
The hotel says they don't use shock collars. Well someone apparently did. Charlie hasn't ”said” a word since coming home.
