NSX service mat

You and about a hundred others of us. Hey Honda - how about going into production of this thing? It's also compatible with the S2000, so probably a zoodle of S2000 owners would be interested as well.

While you're at it add the Zanardi mats, as I'll need another set in a few years and they'll probably be over $1000 by then... Or just ease off on the copywrite stuff & let the guy at NSXMATs make them.

Not that I know of. One keeps popping up on my wife's Pinterest account, but the contact info is dead. Everyone was using Saran wrap or thin PPF & towels, but @Old Guy just had some PPF pull a few layers of paint off recently. I'm going with towels and a cover cut from an old hot tub cover. :(

The service mats were Made in the USA. Anybody in the auto industry that can determine the OEM?

About 20 years ago Hrant and I had the floor mats in Ivory reproduced to near 100%. It was near impossible to distinguish from OEM...the only difference was that they were slightly wider than OEM and fit a bit better in the foot well. It cost me about $150/pr. Back then nobody wanted to spend $150/pr so I ate most of the cost and sold the remaining stock at a loss because *I* wanted a set of Ivory mats....so my set of floor mats cost me $1200. (Ivory was such a pain to deal with, I converted the interior to black when I conducted an a/c evaporator replacement).

I purchased a trunk mat from NSXcarpet.com and I wished I bought a "cut pile" with serging...not sure if they were available when I ordered mine. It does appear that they are outsourced to a domestic third party.
