how did you get all these part #'s??? I have been looking very hard for the OE mugen RR shift knob or just the part #

I have quite the list of 6spd shift knob part #'s already

tsx (perforated leather side with red lettering)
'06+ si (leather side with red lettering)
fd2 (4-door type R) round bronze aluminum (with red lettering & nice optional collar)
s2000 (perforated leather side with black lettering)
s2000 optional titanium
accord reg aluminum (with black lettering)
'02-04 dc5-R aluminum (with red lettering)
'05+ dc5-R darker gunmetal aluminum with (red lettering)
optional dc5-R titanium with (red lettering)
honda s2000 CR round bronze aluminum (with yellow lettering)
Na1 type-s & Zanardi
Na1 optional heavy leather
