Time to clean out Honcho's garage now that the restoration is over! This is a carbon overlay radio delete plate. It is aftermarket (may be a Dali Racing part) but undamaged. It appears to be adhesive backed. My original plan was to paint this, but I ended up using the OEM delete plate.
