Communication was excellent and product arrived on time. I would rate the mats a 8/10 in quality. If you're looking for EXACT OEM mats, these arent for you. The thickness is a bit thinner then OEM and the drivers side isn't a "perfect" fit for my '02. However, they do the job as they are pretty good for covering up my OEM mats.
