Update:
Went there this morning and show them the problem. The desk guy tried to convince me it was *ok* for the windshield trim to be loose. I told him (in not so many word) dude, you can take a pencil and stick it into the gap. We argue for 10 min and just when I was about to offer him a ride to the dealership to inspect the windshield on the new NSX, he gave up. Next I spoke to the repair guy and he agreed the windshield was uneven. The part that was messed was the side where you can see the VIN. The windshield was pressed up again the VIN (you can see the unevenness along the black marks on the windshield and the defront vents) and it was not even touching the trim. He just agreed to replace it with another one. However, I'll have to wait until I come back from vacation...sometime next year. This better not cost me anything. As for the rubber dam, they decide to use some other *stuff* in place of the OEM for faster drying. And as for the factory glass claim, he said they get it from the company that make them. Well, if I do get some cheap glass and it doesn't fit then they'll just hae to do it again. So I'll just have to see when I come back for round 2. In the meantime, he just glued the trim to the windshield and set me off. Hmm!
