Baseball lost a living legend today when Sparky succumbed to complications related to dementia. By all accounts Sparky was a good man and few can argue his acumen as a baseball man. My dad took me to the 1984 world series in San Diego... It's one of my earliest sports memories with my pops & I always liked watching a Sparky managed game.
