Shops in the Bay Area?

Hey guys,

I'm gonna be driving down from seattle to the Bay Area in April for the weekend. Is there any import shops around there that I could check out? Any shows going on the first weekend of April?

Depends... what's an "import shop"?

thanks for the info. I'm looking for a shop that carries jdm items hopefully for the nsx but I know that will probably be a longshot. I'm lookin for some recaro's and a Nardi steering wheel shops that have items like that.

if not i might stop by that auto freak place and pick up a jdm air freshener! Lol

I'll be moving to the SF Bay area this summer and was interested in recommended shops. I know Driving Ambition specializes in NSX and S2000, but is there any shop closer that also does? Having lived in SoCal previously, I guess I was spoiled with a few shops in the area.

It sounds like you're asking about shops that service the NSX, rather than shops that sell JDM and import specialty items. If so - if you're looking for a good NSX mechanic in the area - Don at Hilltop is tops. He's in Daly City, which is just south of the city. (You'll quickly learn that "The City" means San Francisco, and don't every call it any other nicknames. ) Click here for more info.
