Silver '91 in Calgary

Does any one in Calgary know the history of this car.

It appears to be a Canadian Car as it has the DTLs.

Other than it being lowered it looks like a pretty good specimen.

I've seen that car for sale before and its in pretty good shape, but the same company has been trying to sell it for 2-3 years now and the price hasn't come down at all.

Some additional background: I know the location they occupy had a huge scandal about 3 years ago. Turns out the guy consigned cars, took all the money and fled. I can't remember if it was the same company or not (this is my disclaimer), same location for sure though because I had been there looking at a AMG Benz.
