Sold my NSX, BUT...

If you never signed the title, request a duplicate/replacement and put the car out for repo. Then tell him he can have the vehicle back when he pays the repo fees and the fines he's racked up.

Wow, what an opportunity...the buyer is not very bright. The car is still yours untill you complete a bill of sale and sign the title over. Regarding any tickets, you are still responsible.

Just hope it isn't used as a getaway car in some crime and then left in a lot somewhere.

Why would you give your car up before it was paid in full. By no means is this an exaggeration, I wouldn't give anything to ANYONE (including family members) until it is paid in full. What if the motor blows? Anything can happen and your not protected until your paid in full. Did you even sign a payment agreement with the "buyer"? If you are going to sell something on payment sell houses, at least they can't be driven away.
