TCS problem with 215/40/17 & 285/30/18?

just wondering if these combo would work without tcs problems? Is it well within the range or close to the limit that i may have problems as the rear tires get wore?

I think charles runs with that and it causes TCS issues. He said next time he will go with a 275.

I have no TCS issues with the following setup:

17x8.5 / 225-40-17
18x10 / 275-35-18

I was told to have a wider tire in the back. It does activate your TCS. I will not use a 285 again. Go with the 275 as listed above. That is what I wanted to use but got talked into the 285. BTW it does look good,, but I now drive with the TCS off all the time.
