Factory new OEM NSX-R Maintenance Lid. A thing of beauty. It is the NSX-R Maintenance Lid. A major complaint with a lot of NSX owners is that they aren't able to see the NSX's engine without removing the protective cover. However, on the NSX-Rs, especially the 2002+ models, you're allowed to install the NSX Maintenance lid, which allows you visibility of the engine.
