Volk Racing TE-37, 17x8.0 18x9.5

Unfortunately Rays' catalog is so vague, there is no way to tell what's what except to measure...

If they were more clear I'd probably have bought twenty sets of their wheels instead if only 6-7 or so...

Wheels I have had:

57-C (did not clear bbk)

GT-N

57-S Pro (2 sets, neither cleared bbk)

GT-V

GT-7 (didn't clear bbk)

SF-challenge (cleared but almost no lip...)

TE37 (had to make them work)

Does anyone know if 17x8 te37 with an offset of 33 would fit over stoptechs? If not. How could they

Mine are ET38 front and ET42 rear. I have the Racing Brake in the front and stock NA2 in the rear. Hope this helps.

Are you talking about the same wheel? Your avatar has a picture of a CE-28N.

Also an 18x9.5 ET42 isn't available in the TE37 from all the information I've gathered.

Lastly, when you say you have a "Racing Brake" in the front, could you clarify exactly which ones you mean?
1) Racing Brake stock size OEM replacement rotors (298mm) using the OEM calipers.
2) The oversized Racing Brake 324mm rotors using OEM calipers (& with new carrier brackets).
3) The Racing Brake 324mm rotors with Racing Brake 4 pot calipers (<-- the avatar looks like you have this).

My LE37 (same as TE37, just with a polish lip) with "big brake clearance" is:
Front = 17x8.0 +38 (clears Brembo; needs a 5mm spacer for Stoptech)
Rear = 18x9.5 +40 (clears Brembo & Stoptech)

Sorry to Bump an old thread but I have two front TE37s pairs…would either clear the brembo lotus caliper:

1. 17x7.5 ET40
2. 18x7.5 ET48

I would rather not sell and re-buy wheels if I can. Yes I realize Stoptech is a no go with those narrow filaments…

Here is a lotus caliper template you can print out and see if they fit.

I would assume they fit. I have lotus calipers with 17x7.5+30 LMGT-4s up front and they fit with about 5mm clearance. My old 17x8+38 ce28s fit with 12mm clearance or so. With the specs you listed, you can (imo should) use a 10mm spacer on the +40s and a 15mm on the +48s to give you some space.

My 17x7.5 +33 ce28s barely clear Brembo calipers with only a few mm clearance. No way they would clear if they were +40 or +48. @Auraraptor , I would guess it will be a no go on your te37s without spacers.
