In my Miata, I ran straight water with Red Line Water Wetter, but I didn't care about any consequences (ie corrosion). I recently burst a coolant line on track and caused a few folks to go flying off the track; thankfully, no damaged cars, just fun stories, but I like to be a good track citizen when I can be.
So, what do you folks do for coolant in your track cars? I live in Houston, so I'm not real concerned about freezing weather. My main concern is not to allow corrosion, making sure the water pump is lubricated properly, etc.
