I will continue to purchase through Mark because I have been fortunate to have had 100% satisfaction.

LOL, you're just the perfect customer for him now. I was also very happy with him on my first few orders. I got fix it thingies for the windows, new Zanardi floor mats and even a new clutch. Then he f#%%ed me over by the core return, stopped answering emails etc.
It's like he's building up your confidence, like he is doing to you now, then when there is some money in the jackpot, he'll strike you down like the rest of us.

STOP SUPPORTING HIM!!!

Just do a COD your next orders if he doesnt send the unit, dont have to pay.

And what if the boxes he sends you are not what you ordered? You have to pay before you can open them. Maybe a couple of bricks
