Where to find missing pages in online service manual?

While trying to chase down a code P1304 I discovered the online 91-96 service manual is missing all pages from 11-63 through 11-106, which include the P1301-1306 troubleshooting pages that should be found at 11-90 onward. I tried the 97-05 manual and oddly enough it's missing the exact same range of pages (11-63 through 11-106). FWIW the DTC chart on page 11-56 links to file NS9196B11090A.pdf which is missing from the zip file. Anyone know where I could find these? Thanks, Russ

Many thanks Joe but this one doesn't have '95+ trouble codes (OBD II codes) or the troubleshooting chart for code P130x.

Damn! I have the same manual and it's also missing the same pages!

I'm assuming you know it's from a cylinder #4 misfire.

The manual says it's cylinder 4 and to try swapping the ignition coil from cylinder 4 to another cylinder to see if you get the error code in another cylinder. You can also try the same procedure to see if its a bad spark plug.

I'd recommend the printed manual. I find it easier to use and nothing is missing.
