HI,

UPDATE: THE MEETING IS A GO. WE ARE EXPECTING A GUEST AND FRIEND FROM ACURA - KENT SHEPLEY TO BE AT THE MEETING. look forward to seeing everyone.

Just wanted to gauge interest in having our monthly meeting this thursday @6:00 at southcoast acura. Please reply if you are interested and can make it ASAP and if there are enough people (at least 15) i will contact southcoast and set this up.

There is no need to gauge interest. Talk to Steve Kline and post time and date...we'll show up as it is our regular monthly meeting. Make sure we have steak and lobster this time :biggrin:

Called steve kline and let him know that approx 20 of us +- 5 either way will be coming at 6:00 on thursday. Steve called back and said we are all set.

I am working on a special guest speaker.. but no confirmation yet.

Do any of you have a guest speaker to invite... or information to share???
Make no mistake .. as just a car show this will be worth while.. just looking to make the most our of this. Thanks and look forward to seeing you thurday.

Forgive my ignorance but I suspect I'm not the only one here who doesn't know... who is Kent Shepley and what is his position with Honda?

Kent Shepley was the program manager within american honda for the NSX from the nsx's introduction through last year. He is a wealth of information on the car and has spoken at a few of the NSXPO events. He is a class act and someone with this background always is interesting to hear from.
