017 74692-SL0-020 BRACKET, R. DUMPER BAR (UPPER)
018 74693-SL0-020 BRACKET, L. DUMPER BAR (UPPER)

This is the OEM mounting for the rear strut bar only (minus the strut bar itself). It is the bracket/mounting where the OEM strut bar goes onto.
