As for fingerprinting, I have no clue what you think that would accomplish (aside from making your car even more of a mess). You were in a public parking lot - anyone's prints could have been on that car. A print does you no good if you can't prove it was them...

I had iForged use their size and offset for my wheels, too. I also went with the same size tires they used, and the front wheels rub badly. I got some thinner front tires, and although they do help, it is still an issue.
