Yes, that's the correct link to the unit. I don't know what kind of output/connectors are used for the AEM unit, but this Coral Vision unit has an aux video in for a backup camera.

Installed this Coral Vision unit inside my nav pod today. It's about 1-inch thick, so it fits easily inside the nav pod. No headunit, just Apple Carplay running off my iPhone.

From what I understand about the Pioneer unit, or any other commercial unit that displays a video representation of the iPhone... it's not a full mirror of the iPhone. such units display a very limited subset of apps. There is an informal collection of safety regulations under google searches...
