Before buying the business or the car, ask yourself a few questions....

The best way to fight this is hire a lawyer who will stall for time and maybe get this knocked down to the point where it wont be reported to insurance.
Chances are you will lose and still pay attorney fee, ticket fee, and court fees.

My understanding is that you pay sales tax based on where you live not where you buy the car.
You can move to Georgia to reduce your tax liability as I have heard that you do not pay taxes on used cars bought from a private person (not dealer).
