I personally like the R8 and its the only Volkswagon I like at present. If it was just a little cheaper I would go for one but its a good $30k more than I would want to spend. I am still waiting on Lexus to release there new sports car.
Honestly, I wouldn't even start modding this car until you know what it is capable of in OEM fashion. Since you dont even own one yet and want to mod it already? Just leave it in OEM trim for awhile and learn how to drive the car in its current form then if you feel the need or urge for more...

You know there has been a few 03's in the mid $50,000's. That seems a little high for an 02, regardless of mileage. I would offer them $54k cash out the door. :wink:

Its all wear and tear items that go out in time. That is with any car. My old 91 had a lot of inexpensive items that needed to be replaced but they do add up quickly. All your problems sound like common issues that early NSX's had.
Who can install lowering springs around here? Is there a person that could do this that knows what he is doing? I may just end up over at OPAK.

I went with 20% on the rear hatch and 35% on the sides. You should be fine with that and I have not had problems with that tint set up. Before I shipped my vehicles to California I had to have at a maximum 35% since anything darker is against Hawaii state law, regardless of what California law...
