I'm running a widebody with 19/20's. Not recommended, the rear is no problem but the fronts rub on turning even though the builder did some TIG reworking of the front wheel arches. Probably cheaper getting custom 18/19's than rebuilding basically the entire front end to get those 19's in there.

^This. First, drive when you drive. Don't talk over the phone. Doesn't matter that it is hands-free. And if you really must, a headset would be the best, preferrably one with audio insulation. But when parked I think the mic in location A works pretty well, no one has complained yet.
