What is the latest & greatest OBD2 WiFI/Blue tooth scanner plug you guys are using with your iphone/ipad/Android gadgets these days? I see some good apps to go with it but still not sure if i want to pull the trigger yet until i see some more good reviews.

Anyone starting to have this smear on their windows when rolling down & back up? What would be the cause? This is getting to be very annoying especially after a good wash & detail then once windows get roll up/down, there it is.
