I purchased the ebay ones for 225 for both seats and did them myself. I figured my old seats looked like death and it couldn't hurt. If they didn't come out good I was just going to get pole positions. Overall I was pretty impressed for the price and the whole ebay thing. Pics suck but I got...
Yea that sounds right.. The front don't seem too bad right now. Maybe a 5mm up front and you can DEFF run a 20mm spacer in the rear for a more flush look. It all depends on your personal taste.
I am running 9 inch rear with a 20mm offset pretty low with no rubbing issues at all
fronts I have...
When I first got my car my clutch was shuddering like crazy, steering wheel shaking etc like you described. A week later clutch went out. Pulled the tranny off and my clutch came out in pieces lol.
I went with a rps single and it's pretty tough. But I like it! When I drive my friends stock...
Hahah I couldn't agree with you more before actually going out there and seeing what FAST guys go through to get a time. Sure anyone can go out there drag race a car and get a time. Same as tracking around the twisties. But to perfect it and get the best possible time it takes a lot of skill...
I live right next to the tamiami airport. I daily drive the car so I'm always everywhere. People tell me like 3 NSXs meet up at sir pizza but idk I have never been.
drag racing is everything about driver when comparing two equal cars, obviously same as any type of racing. You can't just will your car to go any faster in the twisties either. People look at horsepower and automatically assume X car can't go X time. But I have proven people wrong multiple...
Correct. Although I would tune anything I install on my car whether it be a CTSC or bbsc or any kit that comes with a basic tuning fix. Nothing like an actual Dyno tune. Or even a nice street tune to smooth out those afrs and maximize power.
They both need fuel management. But a CTSC kit is mostly sold used and all the time new with all the fuel management goodies since it was part of the kit.
BBSC on the other hand like stated earlier used a split second box which was never really perfected and was very dangerous. Leaving fuel...
Thats wouldn't really work. The stock shocks have ALOT of compression before the ride height is reached, most aftermarket suspensions only have a few inches if that. I lowered my car about 3 inches all around and my BC were about 5 inches shorter than the stock shocks. Your just gonna have to...
Im running a rear 18x9 +40 with a 20mm spacer so +20 and I can still push it out maybe another 5-10mm with a 255/35 I'm pretty low on coils though.
Front are 18x8 +32 with a 215/35. I rub after 3/4 turn on stock fenders and liners but I am pretty low there too. I would say tucking tire in the...
Numbers are for math. IMHO. People are worried about how much power and this hp and that hp for daily use. You are in the the ballpark of all the other all motor NSXs plus or minus 10hp, also adding temp, altitude, and different humidity etc will give you diff numbers. When it comes down to a...
Nice thread. Excuse my ignorance though, why would air in the coolant cause the heads to lift? Or for that matter cause your head bolts to stretch? I'm a little confused on that comment. Never the less, good luck! I hate seeing when my cars are all apart but soooo much better when it's all back...
That's great! I went on the nurburgring in a ford econoline van, it was epic. Made me wish I had just about any other car on the road. Biggest tease of life.

Just a friendly race both cars could be running better but that's another story. The skyline pulled about a car. Not bad for all motor vs twin turbo. Camera car is a BRZ trying hard to keep up

Pretty much if you want to find out immediately if it's the tranny or cables lift the car up, look where the cables enter the tranny, pull the plastic cover off revealing where the cables connect, remove the shifter cable where they connect on the tranny, and with your hands you should be able...
