there is some good reading in the FAQ. I won't link to that as it's the FAQ NAZI's job so I'll leave the glory to him.
No soup for you!
Actually, I'd rather that everybody else get in the habit of looking in the FAQ, so I could be quiet.
You can find helmet information by clicking here.
You can buy the remote display option for the Valentine 1, and/or permanently route the wiring under the interior trim, to avoid the dangling cords. Installation tips are in the you-know-what here.
Come on, FAQ Nazi, you're losing your touch.
No soup for you!
Or at least you just don't look beyond the FAQ world
Nothing beyond the FAQ world matters.
Thanks for the link!
Changing OEM shocks would ensure the the shock damper rate matches the stock spring rates for my particular model right?
Yes, but... (there's always a "but", right?)
Yes, getting new OEM shocks will ensure that the damper rate is the same as you had when your car was new, before your shocks...
A list of agazine articles about the NSX can be found here. You would have to go to the individual articles to look up braking distances. Some of the original articles can be viewed in the FAQ and others are not. For example, the 7/99 Car and Driver tested braking 70-0 at 164 feet.

Catalyst bypass pipes may or may not improve performance at all. See the end of the Exhaust section of the FAQ here.

First, the bad news. Click here to read the difference between a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) and a recall. There is no recall for this problem and apparently there was no TSB issued for it (at least, I didn't see one you-know-where). Just because a problem may occur on some cars, doesn't...
I agree. And while we're at it... let's also thank Lud for the FAQ. The forums are great because we all share them and everyone's contributing to the conversation and keeping it alive. The FAQ are even more attributable to Lud's hard work, since he had to edit and format and post everything...
If someone can start compiling a list of failed/repaired tranny #'s I'd be happy to add it to the FAQ. The number of miles at the time of failure would also be interesting.
A list of some of the instances, including number of miles, already appears in...

So do the aftermarket CD chnagers work with the in dash stereo? In other words, are the controls to the CD changer already part of the in dash unit?
Yes.
Do they make an in dash cd player?
No. You could install one, but the NSX dash is not standard and there's nowhere to put optional...
By all means, the FAQ will NEVER be complete. There are questions that aren't answered there, and there may be additional opinions worth posting here (to be incorporated by Mr. Lud) - which may or may not agree with what is already written. The FAQ is simply the place to start looking for...
Pull the codes to interpret what set the light off, as noted in the you-know-what - see http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/DIY/trouble_codes.htm - and look them up in the service manual to see what to do next to diagnose the problem and determine what, if anything, to do about it.
