I've got an '07 that I love. My only (minor) complaints are: The lid on the cup holder compartment rattles when it is flipped up. When you use the paddles to shift the gearbox shifts when it wants to rather than when I tell it to. The RL is a fine car. The more I drive mine the more I like it.

I don't know about Cali but in Louisiana if there is a difference in the blue book values of the cars whoever ends up with the most expensive car has to pay sales tax on the difference

I had a b&b on my car for a while but took it off because horrible resonating around 3k rpm. In fairness the car had about 12k miles on it when I bought and the muffler was on the car when I bought. I don't know if a new one does this or not. hope this helps.

I wouldn't be concerned about chassis flex regardless of mileage. I'd be willing to bet that the NSX is a lot stiffer than your S2k.
