You definately cannot go wrong with Acura of Brookfield. They are the best in the Midwest. I used to work in sales at Joe Rizza Acura. After my first 6 months there, I got to know the shop pretty well. Had Jack do my timing belt. Jack knows his stuff but you have to ask for him to do the work.

The crush washer also has another specific function. When torqued to the proper specs, it prevents the treads in the oil pan from being unduly stressed. That is why you do not want to re-use one.
