Need help from the wheel fitment gurus

A very good customer of mine wants a set of Fikse Profile 5S wheels for his 97 NSX (see pic). Does anyone here have any experience with Fikse Profile line specifically? I've seen quite a few of the Fikse FM/5, FM/10, and Aro on NSX apps, but none of the Profile series. Also, does anyone have...

the new Woody NSX (tons of pics inside)

A few of the details: 9.2:1 pistons Full blueprint and balance Enough internal engine cleaning to pass a white glove test Air to water intercooler Old motor out: Fresh bore and hone for new oversized pistons: Every internal part cleaned by hand...I mean every part! Final...

    Unbelievable! 315whp N/A with bolt-ons, stock motor

For the better part of a week, I have been baffled about this particular 97 NSX. Al Colcer, the owner, scheduled in a very routine installation – headers, high flow cats, exhaust, intake scoop, high flow filter, etc. We estimated gains would be around 25 whp. Day one – first dyno run the car...

    Mark Basch update

Posted this in the General forum area also - I figured a few of Mark's customers might only visit Forced Induction. I spoke to Mark Basch today and he asked that I post up a little update as to his situation in the hospital. He has been impossible to reach obviously and knows that many of you...

    Mark Basch update

I spoke to Mark Basch today and he asked that I post up a little update as to his situation in the hospital. He has been impossible to reach obviously and knows that many of you are probably wondering as to the status of your parts, builds, groceries, etc. The doctors have diagnosed Mark with...

    Wanted: Stock trunk floor liner

Changing the stereo system in my trunk again. I need the stock dark grey floor carpeting (covers the tool kit). Any racers out there looking part ways?

OMG...why did we have a dyno day today

Our shop officially became redneck today. Why in the world did we let anyone convince us that a turbo diesel truck dyno war is a cool thing. 512 whp and 1259 wtq worth of smoke (note the hillbilly exhaust fan setup I made last night): I thought we were a race car shop: Well...

Michigan (and Midwest) area dyno weekend

After talking to Brian (prova4re) and Nick (nicholas421) today at the shop and several other owners in the immediate area, I've decided we are going to put together a NSX dyno weekend this Spring. I am very interested to hear from everyone what dates might work the best. I'll put together...

    New BaschBoost 1/4 mile time

Finally got to the drag strip yesterday for some testing...it was a very nice surprise to say the least. Unfortunately, because of the scheduled event at the track, I was only able to make two passes. 1st Run 60ft 1.830 1/8 ET 7.912 1/8 MPH 92.02 1/4 ET 12.104 1/4 MPH 119.09 2nd Run...

    header pic

Wondering if anyone has been playing around with different header combos - steps, anti-reversion, primary size and length, etc. for SC applications. I made this header a little while ago (2.0L 4cyl. N/A race motor) and couldn't help to think some design changes to the aftermarket NSX headers...

    BBSC and Car Pics

Just a couple pics from the other day. Look closely at the engine bay shot and you will see the only 96 up car in the country (I think) with a throttle cable running on an AEM EMS.

    OBDII to OBDI conversion finished!

Converted the 1997 OBDII TBW to OBDI w/ AEM EMS. The Conversion included pedal assembly, engine harness, intake manifold, throttle body, and throttle cable from an earlier 3.0L. The conversion was NOT easy...lots and lots of tracing, re-pinning, and removing of factory wires...definately not...

    Detroit Area Owners

Seen quite a few modded NSXs driving around the Detroit metro. Just wondering if any of them are members here - if so, we should plan a meeting/drive soon. Devin Pearce Payn Technologies - Troy, MI [email protected]
