Thats a nice wheel! Real concave look. I think Bee-R was RS-R. I heard RS-R no longer imports to the US, but that might be BS. Im sure some shop can get those for you.

No spacers needed. Offset is correct for the NSX. These wheels are wider than stock so the offset is gonna be smaller than offset for the factory wheels, otherwise they might stick out. No fender clearance issues.
