I tried using the power adaptor to fill my tires and there is no power coming from it. Could it be a blown fuse?

Any idea why my cigarette lighter doesn't have power?

Do you have the ignition in the on position? When the car is off there is no power to the lighter.
Yeah, car was tested while the ignition was on too. No power to the lighter.

Check the fuse.
the clips on the back of the GL are very strong and rearely falls off.

This is probably correct. Have you had a new cd player, sat radio, or any other console piece replaced/installed since owning?
