Are all 1991 NSX got power steering in it?

I'm not certain about Japanese specifications, but I'm guessing that they're the same.
There was no power steering in any 1991 - 1994 5-speed NSX, but those with automatic transmissions did have power steering. Beginning in 1996, all NSXs were equipped with power steering.
