When we tour the Comptech facilities, will they offer us a discount on purchases? If so, how much? I asked Joe Sierro ([email protected]) and he suggested that I ask the NSXPO organizers.

Comptech tour...

Let me be very clear, we the organizers requested a tour of Comptech since we we were having a karting event about 20 miles away. Comptech was very happy to accommodate our needs and offered to provide refreshments as well.
The purpose of the Comptech tour is a social visit to one of the aftermarket NSX vendors and supporters of our local and national club. They did not want this to turn to a retail sales pitch and we agreed; but we all know there is a marketing component in such affairs and that is very much appropriate from a major sponsor of NSXPO 2003. And we welcome it.
If there is such an interest by a good number who are attending NSXPO, that is, you do want to place orders during the tour, we will make the inquiries with Comptech to see whether this is appropriate. I will post the details once we get enough feedback. But that was not their nor our intent as it would distract from the social aspect.
We are getting clarification from Infineon Raceway whether vendors can attend on the premises on Friday as their contract is very strict but they have discretion. If they give us the go sign with approval, Comptech will attend the vendors day on Friday at Infineon.
