What kind of performance increase can you expect with the comtech headers and exhaust? Is it worth the price? Also does anyone have the address for the site?

I have the Comptech headers, exhaust, intake and a Dinan Stage III chip. I dyno 268hp to the rear wheels. CT claims the air intake adds 8hp so removing that would put me down to 260. If you assume a drivetrain loss of 15% this comes out to 305hp at the crank. A gain of 35hp over the stock rated 270 for my '94 3.0L This estimate is far from scientific and should be taken with a grain of salt. What the actual drivetrain loss is...how much of the gain is provided by the chip...etc. At best, this is just a ballpark figure to give you an idea.

The car is definitely faster...you can go to the performance section of FAQ and look up "Gearing" In there, you will see a matrix of acceleration times comparing a stock car's performance to that of cars with different mods. One of the comparisons is of a car with an additional 20hp.

Not only is the car faster, but it sounds the way it's supposed to now! There's nothing like uncorking that incredible VTEC howl by allowing that brilliant V6 to breathe.
