Do any Tampa owners know this car?

Hello,

The car I am referring to is the one for sale by Andy Buzz on here. I am looking to see if anyone may know this car or is close enough to take a look at it for me and give me their unbiased opinion. But please, I do not want anyone to go out of their way to do this, only if you are close and have the time. I live up in the Northeast so I can not see it in person at this time. Andy's Car

I've looked at it and it is clean. He owns a stereo shop in Tampa so sound system should be top of the line. Don't know of any engine upgrades, but does have nice rims. Ya 'gotta love that Honda Blue!
