Okay. I really figured this thread would get this far, but seeing as I couldn't even get on here in the last five days just to see what has transpired I'm amazed that it got to the point where his family was possibly threatened. That right there is very wrong, and anyone that has done that really should be ashamed of themselves. I agree with a mass here that this thread probably should have been locked a while ago, but even if it were to have been locked, it still wouldn't have mattered as most of the damage has already been done and the original posts would still have simply spread like wildfire. In that too I'm really disappointed to read that some real threats were possibly made to him and his family and for that I do agree that those actions are terroristic threatening and should stop.
Although I'm amazed at the little I could read (I think that donkey is getting a workout...), I'm also amazed at this...

Woah woah woah! Hold up there buddy. His lawyer is going to advise him that the acts he did here on the internet are "not criminally illegal" (by your own words here that I'm quoting you). I for one would be getting another lawyer. They are IN FACT completely criminally illegal. That very first post he did on Christmas Eve when he in a nutshell spams NSXPrime is not legal. No buddy. No way, no how. You're dead wrong on your stand there.
In 2005, legislation was put into effect that made spamming basically a form of TRESPASSING. Last time I checked, trespassing is illegal. You trespass on somebody's property here where I live in the deep South, and you may not come out of it alive. Want to know why they put this legislation into effect? Well... let's see. Spammers are like those annoying door-to-door salesmen that used to harass people. While Nick was not actually 'selling' something, he was promoting a 'product' by 'trespassing' onto another's 'property'. The 'property' in question is our computer screens. It's something we did not choose to see, so technically it's 'trespassing'. Why is it? The thread title says 'Easiest way to own a NSX'. So if the first post would have said something to the effect of "I saved up a lot of money and bought an NSX", that's fine, because it's simply stating what the person did to purchase an NSX. In this respect, his own thread is misleading us, because if I see an easy way to own something, I would expect maybe a joke or something somewhat serious. Instead, we're basically 'intruded' with a statement proclaiming that if (paraphrasing here) 'you do this here with this here product then you get this here (NSX)'. That to me is an outright form of trying to sell something, which in this case is spamming, which since spamming is now considered trespassing makes Nick now a child molester and a trespasser onto all of our computers.
I think you made a statement too Michael mentioning that people were making new web pages and wiki entries on Nick Sitko. Good, they should. As long as it doesn't personally attack him and just states facts then more power to them. I myself attempted to do a wiki entry (which was promptly deleted by someone) because if anything people should be informed. You speak on people possibly endangering his child (which is WRONG and is shameful to whomever, forum members or not, did that), but he HIMSELF brought it upon himself originally by child molestation. To me, it seems that he really just didn't learn his lesson. Not that I'm accusing him of still possibly committing another act of molestation, but he still was breaking the law by spamming and running a gambling operation online, even though he SHOULD HAVE KNOWN (since at least 2005, IF he's been in business that long...) that what he was doing is wrong. That's over TWO YEARS! Plenty of time when you run a business by ANY MEANS!
I know you posted that you probably won't reply here, but in the instance that you do read this, I hope you consider some of this. For it seems to me that you're almost trying to 'protect' Sitko in a way (which you say your organization informs others of registered sex offenders). I completely agree with you that yes it is wrong of people to actually threaten him and his family and yes no one should go to his property and trespass for real or threaten his household, but he originally brought this on himself. If he simply would have never molested that child or never spammed an online casino we wouldn't all be here right now discussing this. Honestly I feel sorry for his child to know that the kid will grow up knowing that their dad molested a minor...... but that's just me. Almost sickening.
In closing if this has done anything for NSX Prime, it's now given the site a ratio of members that own an NSX to those that don't about 1% out of 100% :biggrin:
