Would this work?

front 18x8.5 45mm 225/35-18 (hard to find, I kno)
rear 18x9.5 45mm 265/35-18

If not, how can I make them fit?

These rims were originally for an FD, but they're exactly what I like, so I want to force them on if I have to.

The fronts may rub a bit on the inside, so you could add a 5mm spacer.

The rears will be fine, but I would also add a 5mm spacer for looks.

NSX's look a bit goofy with same size wheels front and back. The rear looks too small. Even though the newer NSX's run 17/17, they still look better as a 17/18 IMO.

The front wheels and tires are too wide. If you want 18" front, get 215/35-18 on wheels that are anywhere from 7.0 to 8.0 inches wide.

Beware using wheels made for other (i.e. non-NSX) cars. They almost never have the proper center bore, which needs to be different front vs rear, and it's almost impossible to find quality hubcentric rings to accommodate the NSX hubs. As a result, you can expect problems like the ones described by Mark (NSXTech) in this topic.
