Internet Explorer help!!

I have a computer at work that always get pop up when I use Internet explorer due to people surfing the web on it. Is there any way to set the internet explorer not able to go to any websites other than the one in the bookmark?

basically it sounds like you want to set up the PC as a kiosk.
