I was looking at the thread on Prime about states that folks have driven their NSX's and noticed that one guy had driven his NSX in all of the 48 states CONUS. The map he posted reminded me of when Ronald Reagan was elected because, if I remember correctly, won most of the States (I was 13 at the time and my memory may be a bit fuzzy). Anyway I looked up some of Reagan's quotes and some of them are really great. He was a great man and here is one example.

"Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same".

I always liked this Regan quote:

Calvin Coolidge doesn't get a lot of attention these days but this is one of my favorites:

President Calvin Coolidge and his wife allegedly visited a poultry farm one day. During the tour, Mrs. Coolidge inquired of the farmer how his farm managed to produce so many eggs with such a small number of roosters. The farmer proudly explained that his roosters performed their duty dozens of times each day.

"Perhaps you could point that out to Mr. Coolidge," replied the First Lady in a pointedly loud voice.

The President, overhearing the remark, asked the farmer, "Does each rooster service the same hen each time?"

"No," replied the farmer, "there are many hens for each rooster."

"Perhaps you could point that out to Mrs. Coolidge," replied the President.

While we are on the subject of Calvin Coolidge, the following story--possibly apocryphal--seems appropriate:

At a White House dinner one evening a female guest turned to the notoriously taciturn Coolidge and said "Mr. President, I have a bet with a friend that I can get you to say more than two words to me," to which Coolidge replied, “You lose.”

The best quote starts at 1:28 but there was nothing that this guy said that I disagreed with. Best president ever and I hope for just one more like him with in my lifetime!!!
