Have you tried an ad on NSX Prime/Parts&service wanted or for sale?
I had an offer from an US owner asking $300 for an used light and $400 for a new one. Unfortunately I have deleted the e-mails we exchanged.
You could also ask in one of the other forums as well on NSX Prime.
