Hey Widebody,
You probably have Adobe Photoshop elements or something like it. Start program, then open car pic file or insert disc. Go to "image" and then "resize"-crank picture to less than 800 X 600 pixels. Save file for net (should put in to 72 dpi)-post it. Hope this helps.
